We, inMad Solutions (P) Ltd would like to inform all our users from the very outset, on our status in terms of web hosting services.

We define our status or designation as a laison agent functioning between the client and the Hosting Company, i.e. our Principles, to effect the needs of our clients hosting related services. And the following terms and conditions you must read in that light.

Terms binding to Web Hosting and E-commerce

E-mail and automated service engine, messages sent by our principles will be made available in the site under notice board and the client can have information from that. But we cannot guarantee or place in any specific time frame for such support.
Use of server resources cannot exceed more than the space allotted per site in normal course of the procedure. But we will allow you to make due request and take permission beforehand to facilitate your excess need of server resources arising out of any exigencies.
In such a suspended eventuality we still extent to those customers an option to reinstate Hosting by fixing an additional fee of Rs.1000/-.
The degree of highest server usage level: inMad Solutions (P) Ltd reserve the sole right to decipher in what is to be a high server consumption, and, in this case, no challenges are entertained from you.
Any Web Hosting and e-mail account that tend to pose any unsavory problems to server efficiency or network disposition, how little be the magnitude of it, will face shut down without any notice, for which we reserve the right.

We, inMad Solutions (P) Ltd are very clear, that we do not entertain or permit CGI contents, PHP, ASP or other formats of contents/scripts sharing with portals not hosted by inMad Solutions (P) Ltd, and contents that are posted for an abusive intention.
IRC or IRC bots: We, inMad Solutions (P) Ltd never give permission IRC or IRC bots to be operated by Web Hosting and E-commerce customers and that remains beyond any negotiable terms.
We want to remind every user/customer of inMad Solutions (P) Ltd’s service that any Web Hosting or E-commerce account are not an arrangement for, and which unequivocally refuse to indulge for the purposes of distributing software or multimedia products.
Any graphics, audio and video files are enlisted as multimedia files. We want to inform and advise all our customers that inMad Solutions (P) Ltd’s Web Hosting and E-commerce accounts are not to be misused for distributing and storing bulk amount of multimedia files. Normally, for any web site, out of it’s total usage of disk space, 30% is allowed for storing multimedia files. Any excess in this regard will be considered as a violation of the term.
We will not provide to our Web Hosting and E-commerce customers the facility to put in place their own chat rooms as an unconditional account option as it requires specific system resources.

Contents that are prohibited to be stored on our servers

Illegal contents such as patented and copywrited material, commercial audio, video or music files or any devious content that may tend to violate any of national, state or local statutory regulations.
Adult contents such as all types of pornography, obscene or lewd contents. We, inMad Solutions (P) Ltd, reserve the sole discretion to define the status of such contents and to take any consequent action.
Wares activities such as pirated software, emulators, phreaking, hacking, ROMS, password cracking, IP spoofing and so on and codifying or encrypting of any of these. Sites that provide “links to” or “how to” information about such contents also come under prohibited realm.
Fraud activities such as hosting fraudulent contents or offers to sell or buy products or services. Also includes any forms of dishonest schemes like “Pyramid schemes”, “ponzi schemes” and “chain letters”.

Server customer terms

For any breaches of security affecting servers under customer control, the responsibility squarely falls on the customer.
Whenever a customer’s server is found engaging and disrupting on another server or network system it will be shut down and whereupon an investigation will be on to trace out the source of the damage and a cost will be extracted from the responsible customer against the damage done to the customer’s server and for all other troubles that resulted by security breach.
We, inMad Solutions (P) Ltd, have no provision to allow dedicated server customers to use IRC in our network.
The customer is responsible for paying any network resources that are used to link the customer’s server to the internet. Even when the customer makes a request to de-link the customer’s server from the internet, it is left with the customer to responsible for paying for any network resources up to the time of disconnection.

Customer Billing Policy

The following are the terms in connection with inMad Solutions (P) Ltd’s billing policy, which invariably are applicable to all our customers.

inMad Solutions (P) ltd accepts the types payments that are listed below: Cheque, Money Order.
Credit Card (Visa, Master Card- The South India Bank, ICICI Bank)
Bank wire transfer
Fund transfer from Bank accounts.
For all or any changes to your billing details you are responsible for updating or notifying inMad Solutions (P) Ltd in due course.
We, inMad Solutions (P) Ltd reserve the right to de-activate any account with past due after serving a notice.
We, inMad Solutions (P) Ltd, hold the right to collect all such due outstanding balances and for the same we will even seek legal remedies and in that process you will be liable for the cost involving, including attorney’s fees, court expenses and collection agency fees.
Billing for Hosting has to be settled for annual (12 months). The activation starts or resumes only after getting the payment credited to our account.
Regarding account renewals, we inMad Solutions (P) Ltd advise all customers to keep track each one’s expiry date so as to enable themselves to renew services well in advance at least a couple of weeks before expiry.
As it is not inMad solutions (P) Ltd’s responsibility to give any intimation in advance, regarding renewing the service and it lies with the customer to be aware of it.
Renewal of your account is subject to realization of payment by inMad Solutions (P) Ltd. Otherwise the status of such account will get automatically be nullified.
We can not undertake any guarantee of the renewal of account if the payment is made after the expiry date, because, renewal services such as domains, SSI certificates etc involve companies, on whose activities inMad Solutions (P) Ltd has no control over. Therefore inMad Solutions (P) Ltd is not liable for interruption for services, data loss and domain names, SSI Certificates etc.
We, inMad Solutions (P) Ltd do not mail paper invoices or statements. But on request the same will be provided to the specific clients.
Returned (NSF) cheques, inMad Solutions (P) Ltd charges Rs.500/- fee for (NSF) cheques. Customers who issue NSF cheques will be required to submit future payments with only by a DD or M.O.
inMad Solutions (P) Ltd charges Rs.100/- for outstation cheques, Account transfers.
For customers who wish to reactivate a closed account can do so by remitting a fee of Rs.2000/-.
To restore your data files to your reactivated account inMad Solutions (P) Ltd will facilitate the same by charging an extra fee of Rs.500/-.
Hosting plans will automatically cease to exist until a plan is renewed. Incase you opt for to cancel service, you must contact inMad Solutions (P) Ltd’s Billing team with relevant payment details and account details and you must know that there are no provisions for proportionate refunds after the first 30 days of service. In the any context of cancellation no refund is available for inMad Solutions (P) Ltd start up Account.
It is mandatory that cancellation requests must be received by inMad Solutions (P) Ltd a minimum of 30 days before the dead line of your billing cycle, which we will process and confirm in due course.
Cancellation of services does not endorse the customer to relieve from paying outstanding dues on the account.
inMad solutions (P) Ltd’s Billing Policies and Price fixation are subject to change at any time without notice. The same will be effective in the next billing cycle.

Domain Registration

inMad Solutions (P) Ltd offer domain registration service to our clients, the due process before Web Hosting. Any client who prefer to use this service must acknowledge these facts:

inMad Solutions (P) Ltd do not do hosting operation on our own. Our role is confined to be a laison agent between the client and the Hosting Company (Principles), with whom we have made special arrangement to get the hosting doneeffectively. This implies that once you opt for domain registration you will agree that you must comply with Hosting Company’s (Principles) terms and conditions as well.

For domain registration inMad Solutions (P) Ltd have fixed a reasonable fee based on the fluctuations in the market.
